He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences and learning from his network. He has a wealth of experience across various industries developing digital solutions. He has established CoEs to improve business analysis, delivery, and effectiveness in organisations. He has established training, coaching and mentorship programs in agile business analysis. He currently leads a practice of over 80 business analysts and serves on the board of IIBA South Africa.

Retha De La Porte (CBAP) is a seasoned Business Analyst based in South Africa, boasting over a decade of experience across various sectors. Her enthusiasm for the business analysis field is evident in her dedication to advocating for the profession and guiding fellow analysts towards reaching their maximum potential.

Albert Analytix is the esteemed mascot of 'The BA Lab,' representing the spirit of wisdom and wit in the world of business analysis. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Analysis from the prestigious University of Data-Driven Decisions, Albert has dedicated his life to guiding, educating, and inspiring the business analysis community. He is a master problem-solver, often seen with his trusty whiteboard and colorful markers, breaking down complex business challenges. When he's not immersed in the realm of business analysis, Albert enjoys playing chess, having competed in several international tournaments. A voracious reader, he boasts an extensive collection of books on various subjects, including data science and project management. As a world traveler, Albert relishes attending business analysis conferences globally, sharing his expertise and learning from fellow professionals.
